Author guidelines
Workshop papers that are under review for another journal, conference or workshop will be rejected without review. Workshop papers (long papers) should not exceed 12 pages in length (maximum 8 pages for the main paper content + maximum 2 pages for appendixes + maximum 2 pages for references). Papers must be submitted in PDF format according to the ACM template published in the ACM guidelines, selecting the generic “sigconf” sample. The PDF files must have all non-standard fonts embedded. Workshop papers must be self-contained and in English.
The workshop welcomes several types of submissions:
- Long papers (i.e. length according to above) describing research results and applications of KGs for sustainability.
- Short papers (up to 6 pages of main paper content) describing ongoing work, preliminary results, demos, resources (such as a specific KG), needs analyses, positions and vision statements, etc.
Workshop papers that have been previously published in another journal, conference or workshop will not be considered for publication in the proceedings, but may be accepted for a presentation at the workshop. Such submissions must clearly indicate on the first page of the submission that this is a resubmission/summary of a published paper, for being presented/discussed at the workshop.
All submissions have to be made through the common workshop submission system for The Web Conference companion events, which can be found here:
